Keith Cardwell

Keith has been an Instructor Trainer for the past 25 years and has trained more than 1000 instructors at all different levels. He has lived and worked in Australia, New Zealand, the Republic of Maldives and the United States of America and established several PADI 5* Instructor Development Centres in these countries. He has spent the past eight years performing IDC’s in Cairns and is the Course Director for Down Under Dive.

Keith is a qualified engineer who holds a Masters degree in Education  majoring in Lifelong Learning together with a post graduate Diploma  in Business Administration. With this combination of education and  experience he is well positioned to give the best advice possible on  a career in this industry.

Kim Cardwell

Kim is a PADI Course Director who has won many accolades from her peers and students including an "Outstanding Contribution to Continuing Education" awarded by PADI in the year 2000. She is also a Personal Fitness Trainer and First Aid Instructor Trainer. Kim is also actively involved with first aid training to the Fitness  industry and Child Care Centres.
