Raphael is a Swiss Course Director and the newest member of Exotic IDC. He has been living in the Philippines for many years. An avid PADI diver for over 15 years he became a PADI Course Director in 2007 and is now based in Zamboanguita where he manages a PADI 5* IDC. Raffi speaks 4 languages fluently and brings an international theme to our already highly experience IDC staff. We are very proud to have him as a member of our IDC team.
